It is cause for celebration as today I am a 14-year breast cancer survivor. I continue to work out regularly and eat healthy. Today, I am perhaps the healthiest that I have ever been and following my dream of helping women at a trying time in their lives while recovering from breast cancer that they never asked for.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Joan Lunden. She is a breast cancer survivor and an advocate of early detection and thorough screenings. Her website is a great health resource. So, when I discovered that my friend's daughter, Hannah, was in Europe last year and visited the famous Dutch tulips, I asked her to write about her experience and she shared her photos too.
